what the bones already know.

Healing is not control, it is harmony.
When the body, the spirit, the breath, and the unseen align,
the field attunes,
and what no longer belongs dissolves.
4. Sovereignty is Sacred
You are the keeper of your path.
Nothing here is imposed, only invited.
Your “yes” is holy. Your “no” is honored.
I am not your guide. I am your reflection.

Giving and receiving are not transactions, they are circulations.
